SC05 interviews are complete. On Friday at 8 AM PT / 11 AM ET, we closed the last interview for SC05. 48 of the 203 applicants made it to the interview round. We’re now in the thick of final deliberations. Stay tuned for our cohort announcement in the next two weeks!
The Media Team gave the inaugural quarterly Build Report on Friday. In the hour-long presentation, the team reviewed progress on quarterly milestones, shifts in strategy, and opportunities ahead. The Media Team’s quarter thus far can be described by this quote by James Clear, “You do not rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your systems.” TLDR: operational strategy is king.
We also kicked off our Q4 quarterly planning process at the top of our Contributor Hour: Build Report Edition. We’re excited to move forward with a refreshed quarterly planning process that more actively integrates working group contributors into the milestone setting and planning process.
