Our biweekly alumni session was hosted by Seed Club Collaborator Ben Jacobs. He walked us through the end-to-end process of fundraising for your DAO, and shared his playbook, “The Art of the Fundraise.” A quick-take from the workshop:
“The fundraising process will challenge many of your assumptions about the organization and its strategy. [It] will also sharpen your skills as a leader. More importantly, the obstacles that fundraising presents and the self-reflection it requires will force you to rigorously analyze your community and its mission, thereby producing greater clarity about the optimal path forward.”
