Proposal summaries:

• Community Led Events enables $CLUB holders to host IRL events in service of the Seed Club community by creating: a quarterly allowance to fund community-led events, and a process for community members to equitably gain access and draw upon that allowance

• Code of Conduct outlines expectations for showing up and participating in the Seed Club community, as well as enforcement and resolution processes for violations of the code.
